Accessories For The Home

We all know how much accessories can transform a room.  It is usually in the smallest details that the largest impact is made.  Placed in just the right spot with just the right amount of lighting can change the entire look of say, a mantle, tabletop, or bookshelf.  With so many options to choose from, it was hard to select just a few of what were some of my favorites.  Not that there weren't more....I could have shown pages of them!

These are just a few of the fantastic accessories that you can find via internet shops. Of course, I would love to have one of each! What type of accessories do you love?

  2. I am greedy I would want the lot, in some cases in multiples. The internet is a great place to go shopping but you have to know where to look.

  5. Wow, these are beautiful! I love books, flowers, lamps and paintings, but with a definite pared down look. Sometimes this is called well edited. If you display only a few items in a book shelf, you get the look. Easier said than done if you have a lot of collectibles!

  6. Marguerite,

I love all of these elements! The natural elements, books, twine, wire, ceramic, and stone when used to compliment cotton, linen and hemp fabrics. I also agree with you on the "less is more theory" and if you have a lot of collectibles it is hard to decide what to put where. That's when it is nice to change as the seasons change. LOL
