Granddaughter and the Pledge of Allegiance

This is my granddaughter, Gemma who is 3 years old. She was impressing all of us with her recital of the Pledge of Allegiance.  I was amazed that she could recite The Pledge of Allegiance in its entirety...the fact that some of the words didn't quite jive didn't seem to matter to her!  LOL

  1. Kris, your grand daughter looks really SOOO cute! Her big brown eyes shine with joy and happiness. Her recital is just great. I admire her talent to reproduce those long texts.
We have autumn over here. Slowly but steady it would be coulder and wet outside. Though there were a few sunny days in the last weeks. However that may be, I deeply hope, you are well and spared from the hurricane. It sound really bad, so much rain...more than what it should be. I always follow news here at home about the hurricane in the US, but I still can not imagine the size of the hurricane until now. It's really terrifying to see the intense of hurricane and how it caused serious damage there.
I'll always keep my fingers crossed for you, that it will never happen to you, Kris!
    Have a nice sunday.

  3. Kris,
Oh, what a sweet Granddaughter you have. How impressive that she can recite this at 3 years old, even if she got a few of the words mixed up. That's what makes it so wonderful. You must keep this always and show her when she's older. I have a recording of Nel when she was around this age, and she said some of the funniest things. Her laugh made us laugh, and she was always far beyond her age in learning.

    Have a good week.

  4. Kris,
There was about seven comments from you, and while I was deleting them, I accidentally deleted the real one, sorry. I was so bummed because comments mean so much to me from my blog friends.

    Have a great weekend.

    Love,
    ~Sheri
