Collages and Pic Monkey

Yesterday, Libby of An Eye For Detail (HERE) wrote a wonderful post on how to make a collage via PicMonkey, a great website that you can make collages on and it's free! You can visit here (HERE)  Here is a sample of my first collage.  I have been wanting to make a collage of my favorite things for a long time now and didn't know how to go about it.  Thank you so much Libby!

Isn't this cool!  I'm so excited.  Just think of the beautiful collages you can create from Pinterest, Tumbir, or your own photos.  The list is endless!

Have you tried Pic Monkey and if you have how do you like it?

  1. Excellent for a first collage, the topics and colour combinations are super.

  2. Oh wow I must try this. I have always wanted a collage, yours looks beautiful, so chic. xx

  3. Your collage is wonderful dear Kris! You have an excellent taste, you know. Thank you for the tip : )

  4. Kris,
Some of your favorite things are MY favorite things. I love flowers, birds, the color turqoise, quaint little cafes, and I adore Mary and Jesus. Such a cool collage. Maybe that is something that we could do sometime.

  5. Kris: Thank you, again, for the mention! And this looks fabulous. Very easy to do, no? And actually, there ARE other programs out there, I just haven't tried them for collage as I was waiting and waiting for this one!!!

  6. Thanks for telling us about this. I have a free download that is mediochre. Can't wait to try this!

  7. Thanks for letting us know how to do this-I always wanted to do one- The photos are great I want one of everything in my house.

  8. I definitely will check this out bc have NO idea

  9. I haven´t but it seems good - I´m using Photoscape which is also free and easy to use. Check that out too! :-)

  10. Beautiful Kris. I've used Big Huge Labs in the past for collages...I'm headed over to try this one out. Have a great weekend. Mona

  11. Dearest Kris,

Happy for you that you found this great App. Enjoy working with it and wishing you a happy weekend!

  12. Hi Kris! I was so sad when I found out Picnik was disappearing and didn't know what I was going to use. I was thrilled when I discovered PicMonkey and actually think I prefer it to Picnik, I like how I can grab and drop my pics rather than uploading them. Plus, it's free for most of it which is always a plus:)
I haven't worked on a collage yet but the one you posted is lovely! Have a wonderful day my friend:)

  13. Thank you for the tip . I used to go to Picnik but it is closed now so I dind't know where to go for my collages ...I love your blog

  14. beautiful work, I enjoy the strawberries now too:-)) thanks for this lovely idea, i was thinking of making collage for postcard...
