Everyone has a story to tell. What's yours? I have always loved reading editorial pages and columns in newspapers but it was through my mother-in-law that I learned the value of what was being said in these articles.
Whenever she had something she thought would benefit me or anyone else in our family she would either cut it out or mark it with a pen and share it with us. We all learned many valuable lessons by reading the articles she marked for us. There were times when the two of us could spend an hour on one article speculating as to what the writer was trying to convey, what we actually thought about it and who could be best influenced by it.
Those days are long past now but the lessons and some of the articles are forever etched upon my mind. She passed away several years ago and took what all of us will take when we leave this world, all the knowledge we are fortunate to gain while we are here. That is really all a person takes with them when they leave this world for God's. And if you're really lucky the people you leave behind will always have the part of you thats best.
This blog and the writings that I share with you are meant to inspire you and bring laughter to you. Some will bring sadness, some reflection but hopefully the articles will inspire you to be all that you can be to someone in your circle of friends, family and even perhaps a stranger.
