Kris,
ReplyDeleteAren't those blue cups gorgeous? I'm not sure why, but blue tea cups are the prettiest to me. I can't wait to see your new blog design. I know what you mean...we put so much into our blogs, and it's a bit scary to think we will lose it all. I have only changed the Header once and Jess does all the design work on our blog. I have been wanting a change too. You are a brave one doing it by yourself, with a bit of help from husband. Good luck, dear friend. I can't imagine it getting any better than it already is. Your blog is like a breath of fresh air to me.

ReplyDeleteCongrats! Let me know if I can help in any way.. I know, it's a lot to take on. But oh so worth it. Will be waiting to see Kristie!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the makeover. I do not envy you.
ReplyDeleteAll the best with the spring clean. We will be waiting to see the bright and shiny new you. xx
ReplyDeleteStunning rooms, they are so warm and inviting too!! Have a great time re-doing your blog doll, I know it can get frustrating if you loose everything, but just copy your old page codes, so if something happens, you have them. Took me ages to decide what I wanted my blog to look like, but once you do it's nice. See you when you return...have fun :) xoxox

Oh goodness, I hope the facelift goes well! I always end up with issues every time I try to change my blog. I'd love to learn how to put the tabs at the top but, so far, I have no clue on how to do that.
ReplyDeleteWonderful images, as always!
Tis moi again Kris. After I left my comment earlier this morning I looked at the photo's again, I fell in love with the room in the 5th photo down so I clicked on the housetohome hyperlink below it...I have now been on the website all.morning.long!!! I can't stop looking at all the gorgeous rooms!!!

ReplyDeleteHow exciting lovely Kris, I tried to change my URL and bought a custom domaine, but the second I changed it, I lost all my previous work, so I changed it straight back. Need to read a bit more about doing it I think:)) Good luck and I can't wait to see the result. Love your blog:))

Hello dear Kris!
ReplyDeleteThese are some very inspirational suggestions.
I already love your new header Good luck with the rest : )
lots of love xoxoxo
The editing to the blog is coming along greatly, so nice! Love the header and font :)) I hope you had a wonderful weekend my dear flower!! Please do watch that film, you will love it. I watched it again after making that post & fell in love all over again! I learn to do all those dances in theatre class, it was so much fun, I felt after I was born in the wrong time, ha. But, at the same time, the hardships they faced wouldn't have been so great as the freedoms we have now. It's wonderful your dad can still do all the dances, that's beautiful!! I hope you have a gorgeous week ahead!! xox
ReplyDeleteWOW...dearest Kris...the face-lifting of your blog is more than successful. It is so great and profesional. It looks more brighter and airy. You really did a good job, Kris! I am very impressed and delighted. I like this quote of Coco Chanel!:)
ReplyDeleteDid the snowfall start there, Kris? We have a rainy day today with temperature above zero. I am glad. Yes, I am longing for spring and also count down the days until spring come on 20th of March.
XOXO

Love your new look Kris! January is a great time to do some blog revamping! I have been working on ours. We're trying to put up an online store on the blog, but it's taking longer than I expected. I will be selling some of the items that I've bought at the auction that we go to every week.
ReplyDeleteMy blog totally needs a facelift. Can't wait to see yours.
ReplyDeleteKris,
ReplyDeleteJust thinking of you, and I like what you've done so far with the new blog design - it's clean, fresh, and pretty. Love the new Header. Have a fun weekend.
