Swedish Design

I hope you loved these images as much as I did.  The simplicity of the design and the colors are simply stunning in the Bower Home.  I love the green and blue in the dining room, very soft and muted and the clock. Just gorgeous!  Now if only I could have a house like that.

    gorgeous images...and yes, Swedish design is a favorite...and my last name is Bower, sure wish my house looked as good as the Bower's home in Veranda...but soon it will..!!

    Some inspiring photos here, thanks Kris, I too love the green in the Bower Home. No way could I have so much white though I just don't have the time to keep it looking like that. Too busy doing other stuff (painting things, making things, living life, seeing people etc...) Living in rural France we seem to get more than our fair share of spiders webs and dust.

    WOW! Such beautiful rooms! Everything is so crisp and clean. I want to go there so badly! I can just imagine sitting by the window and look at the endless countryside. Someday I hope to see it for myself.

    The thing I love about these images is the practical simplicity of the room designs, just enough no more, rooms filled with light, and beautiful objects. It all seems so restful. How they would stand up to a mucky spaniel is the question though, I think I would have to make him wear socks.

    I love swedish design. I remember that last image. I have quite a few Veranda magazines (like well over a hundred). lol Thanks for sharing all the beautiful pics.
