Last year in May, I went to visit a friend who lives in British Columbia, Canada. We happened to stop in at a little shop and I came across this sweet little book, Eat Your Peas.
Cheryl Karpen has written a series of these little books that can be given to just about anyone i.e. sons, daughters, moms, dads, someone special, girlfriends and like I said just about anyone. These books are on specific topics with each one chocked full of inspiration and wisdom and are given as a gift to encourage people. It only takes about 3 minutes to read and is a great gift to give to anyone, yourself included.
This particular copy is on tough times with phrases that can enlighten the spirit and give someone who is going through a tough time hope.
In conclusion, I leave you with this excerpt from my book: There is no challenge in life so big we can't handle it together. Remember my promise. I want to be there for you. To celebrate your courage, to champion your dreams, and of course to remind you to...Always eat your peas.
